LTC on Litecoin belongs to the native payment network. It is not automatically collateral in an EVM lending application.
Start with wallets and networks ↗The inspected market uses a represented Litecoin asset on Base. Custody, smart contracts, the oracle and liquidation introduce additional assumptions.
Inspect the market handoff ↓Official docs identify testnet chain 4441 and test zkLTC. They list mainnet as coming soon. This is separate from the Base Morpho market.

Change collateral value, debt, time, an assumed simple annual interest rate and a hypothetical collateral-price decline. The loan unit is USDC-equivalent for illustration. The example assumes its value stays fixed; a real stablecoin can deviate.
Example LLTV:62.5%. This parameter matches the inspected market at our check; all other numbers are fictional. It is a liquidation boundary, not a borrowing target. The model omits compounding, variable-rate changes, fees and liquidation incentives.
Modelled debt after interest
251.64 USDC
Stressed collateral value
800.00 USDC
Loan to value
31.46%
Example health factor 1.99
Boundary collateral value 402.63 USDC
Lower collateral value or growing debt moves a loan toward liquidation. A displayed margin does not establish that a real loan is safe.
LTV = debt ÷ collateral value. Health factor = collateral value × LLTV ÷ debt. Real positions use the market oracle and exact token units. This simulator cannot price, prepare, execute or monitor a transaction. Read Morpho’s liquidation explanation ↗

Official docs list LitVM LiteForge, chain4441 and test zkLTC. Recheck the official parameters before adding any network in your own wallet.
Read the official wallet guide ↗Visit the official hub for its current faucet and documented demos. A test token is not native LTC, and this page does not transfer or bridge assets.
Open the LiteForge testnet hub ↗Explore the October15 guide to Lester Labs, Dappit, games, data and credit projects. Product stages and participant claims stay labelled.
Meet the projects ↗LitVM is absent from the Morpho connection’s supported-chain list at our October15 check. We have not verified a Morpho deployment on LitVM. An ecosystem listing is not an integration or safety review.
